At ArtofAffairs, we take pride in creating custom acrylic signage with exceptional quality and care. Every order is handcrafted based on your approved design proof, and we stand behind our products.

📦 What We Cover

We will provide a replacement or partial refund if your item is:

  • Damaged in transit

  • Incorrect due to a confirmed design or production error

  • Not as described in the final approved proof provided to you before production

💡 What We Don’t Cover

Because our products are fully customized, we are unable to accept returns or provide refunds for:

  • Buyer’s change of mind after proof approval

  • Minor variations in color or size due to screen display differences or material properties

  • Delays caused by customs clearance or courier services once shipped

Our Resolution Process

If your order meets the above conditions, we will:

  • Ship a replacement via UPS Express at no extra cost (worldwide), or

  • Issue a partial refund based on the nature and extent of the issue

📅 Reporting an Issue

To ensure we can help you promptly, please:

  1. Contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order

  2. Provide clear photos of the issue, including packaging and the product

  3. Include your order number and a brief description of the problem

🌍 International Orders

We ship replacements worldwide at no extra cost. However, international buyers are responsible for any duties, taxes, or import fees charged by their local authorities.

⚖️ Stripe Compliance

This policy ensures transparency for our customers and meets Stripe’s requirements for clear, fair, and well-documented dispute handling. All approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method.
