Because our products are fully customized, we are unable to accept returns or provide refunds for:
Buyer’s change of mind after proof approval
Minor variations in color or size due to screen display differences or material properties
Delays caused by customs clearance or courier services once shipped
If your order meets the above conditions, we will:
Ship a replacement via UPS Express at no extra cost (worldwide), or
